We are pleased to announce the sale of the most exclusive property in the region, Le Grand Jardin, located in the South of the Lérins Islands, a legendary archipelago facing the bay of Cannes and the Estérel mountains.

Thanks to the collaboration between our Group and the Swiss Group Ultima Capital SA, the new owner of the property, this exceptional domain with a unique location will soon regain its former splendor.

Le Grand Jardin, located in Sainte-Marguerite island, the largest island of the archipelago which lays a 375-acre national forest, a forest of Aleppo pines and eucalyptus trees planted by man at the beginning of the 19^th century, as well as a royal fort which has been reinforced by Vauban and later became a state prison.

Protected by a wall built under the orders of Cardinal Richelieu, the sumptuous private estate of approximately 3.2 acres is located in the most untouched and fertile part of the island. This legendary property is the only one on the island and was the home of certain crowned heads and celebrities such as the King of France Louis XIV, the Duke of Guise or the Governor of Provence.
