The Signature of the first Trademark License Michaël Zingraf Real Estate in Marseille, the record sale of the Château Soligny in March or the opening of our new agency in Aix-en-Provence in May, Michaël Zingraf Christie’s International Real Estate’s first semester of 2019 was rich of great news.

Always seeking a presence in France’s most emblematic locations for luxury real estate, our future agencies of Deauville at the 7 rue Hoche, and Paris at the 120 rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré in the 8th district, will soon open.

The Trademark License Michaël Zingraf Real Estate, always prized, will count new entities with the opening of the different agencies in Marrakesh and in Gstaad this summer. Numerous applications are still carefully analyzed, and could lead to new openings by the end of the year.

The second semester will honour the city of Cannes, headquarters of the Group, with the opening of a second agency on La Croisette (30 boulevard de la Croisette) in order to welcome new members. The First Croisette project – one of the most important real estate project of the last years on La Croisette - is going to come out of the ground in a few weeks.
